Please Read the Following Info Before You Book Your Tour

Reservations may be made by clicking on “Check Tour Times“, choosing a  date from the calendar, and finding a tour that will accommodate your party. You can give us a call at 855-386-9477 if you need assistance. Payment in full is due at the time your reservation is made.

Please check our directions tab and plan your route well in advance of coming for your scheduled tour. Our facility is remote and many people underestimate the time required to drive to Shawnee Bluffs.

When you make your reservation, we hire guides and other support staff necessary to make your tour safe and enjoyable. If you do not show up, we still incur the costs of staffing your tour. Additionally, we may have turned away people who wished to book spots in that tour. Therefore, if you do not show up for or if you arrive late for your tour, you will not receive a refund or be able to join your tour. Your tour will leave as scheduled, whether you are there or not. We ask you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour.

Please read our cancellation policy.

All participants must weigh between 50 and 270 pounds, be a minimum of 8 years old, must be in reasonably good health, and must not be pregnant.

What can I expect from a SBCT zipline tour?

When you arrive at the welcome center, you will meet your guides who will help you gear up, take you through a short practice session and accompany
you through your entire zipping experience. The guides will be responsible for securing your harness to all of the lines as you zip through the trees
and navigate the aerial bridges.

What is an eco-friendly canopy tour?

The course is designed and built so that the experience is maximized and the impact on the environment is minimized. The course is experienced from
the air and on foot, preserving the integrity of the forest. Additionally, Geronimo Construction’s proprietary platform designs have the fewest tree intrusions
in the industry and allow for the tree to grow naturally without experiencing repetitive injury. Additionally, we hope that you learn something
about beautiful Southern Illinois.
